This Orcadian Single Malt was distilled in April 2006 then bottled in January 2023 by A.D. Rattray.
This single cask release on just 314 bottles was matured in a bourbon hogshead, is non chill filtered, natural colour and bottled at 59.7% abv.
Colour - Amber Gold Nose - Silvered almond, leather and smoked heather honey Palate - Walnut, dried apricot and melon. Finish - A whisper of smoke accentuated by salted toffee and nutmeg.
