Lady of the Glen independent bottlers have a great and growing reputation for their single cask finishes.
This single cask Highland Single Malt was distilled 16th of April 2012 and filed into a hogshead cask before being re-raked into a Virgin oak cask from a few moths before being bottled on 27th of April 2022.
The cask was bottled at 58.2% abv giving us 293 bottles.
The tasting notes talk of candid ginger, lemon zest and liquorice toffee.
