McLean’s Gin epitomises the graft gin revolution in Scotland, from making gin in the cupboard of their tenement flat in the southside of Glasgow to award winning gin producer.
The McLean’s Something Blue Gin was first created to celebrate the marriage of the makers Colin & Jessica, the botanical list includes Colin & Jessica’s two favourite botanicals; Tonka Bean & Buchu Leaf.
The Tonka Beans look like little raisins and give notes of vanilla, marzipan and caramel.
The Buchu Leaves are native to Southern Africa and have notes of blackcurrant, mint & tobacco.
These botanicals are then combined with 5 other botanicals to produce and exciting, floral & unusual gin.
Each bottle of McLean’s Gin is bottled, labelled and sealed individually by hand.
