Distilled in Orkney at Highland Park in 1995 the filled into a refill American oak hogshead the matured for 27 years.
There were only 222 bottles from this single cask at a natural cask strength of 52.4%abv, non chill filtered and natural colour.
Citrus, butterscotch, apple and poached pear with lingering pineapple and soft smoke.
